PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Please note that processing times may vary during high-volume periods or promotional drops.

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

United States: 5–12 business days  
International: 7–20 business days

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
TAILOR TEES is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

DELAYS
TAILOR TEES is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
TAILOR TEES is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address entered for an order. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
